I am sorry it has come to this but I cannot keep refunding International orders. I have refunded 3 orders alone this week.
Effective immediately, I will not be held responsible for orders going outside the USA.
I will send an email to the email, you put your order with a picture of your envelope. And you will receive an automated email with the date your order shipped.
If the order gets lost on the way, I will not reship or refund said order. It is not fair for me to loose out because the mail service cannot due their jobs.
Again I will not refund lost International orders!!!! By placing an order, you agree that you are taking the risk of your envelope maybe getting lost in the mail, and you will not hold Forgotten Heirlooms responsible for said lost envelope.
